RECORD US ASSET DUMP By China! | A Perfect Storm Is Brewing For The Dollar, GOLD & SILVER

  • US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan recently announced a new round of sanctions is in the works, this time to target China's Banks. Is it any wonder that China dumped a record amount of US assets in May? With more sanctions likely in the works, this trend will only accelerate.
And if global dedollarization wasn't enough to undermine the purchasing power of the world reserve currency, the White House may soon implement plans to promote a weaker dollar as well.
All of this would be very bullish for gold & silver, but even more so when you consider that China will be selling dollar reserve assets and diversifying into gold. Last year China was the world's largest purchaser of gold, and now that their banks are in the crosshairs of western sanctions, you can bet they will be buying even more of the yellow metal! Where gold goes, silver follows, so expect both metals to rise further.

The Federal Reserve. If the US bonds go "no bid" it will be a catastrophe for the US dollar. The FED must buy all foreign held bonds put up for sale that nobody else buys. This is one reason why the inflation is not stopping, once the cash is handed over to the foreigners they send it to the USA to buy real assets like stocks and real estate.

I think that China should buy a lot more of actually useful metals and minerals, like copper, zing, tungsten, etc... etc.... If they corner those respective markets and stock on those different assets they can a) prepare themselves for a possible inervention of the USA in the straight of Malacca, thus increasing the safety of having those metals if for any reason they are stopped from being able to transport them. b) They can corner the market and cominate the supply of said metals and c) they can divest themselves of those green pieces of paper.
Gold and silver is great, but it cannot really solve practical problems in case of the USA navy stopping China from trading.
Increasing stocks of those metals is of utmost importance, much greater importance than stocking gold and silver.

The Federal Reserve will buy them but it will keep happening exceeding the ability of the Federal Reserve to take up the slack. When that happens the whole house of cards comes tumbling down and the world will go into a deep depression. Or we could stop this from happening by going into austerity with increased taxes and less spending to balance the budget, but Congress is addicted to the spending so that won't happen.

This means the United States did not intend to repay the full amount in the first place

Really? Do you know that gold mined in China are not allowed to be sold to public nor for export? 100% are kept within China? China been top 5 gold producing country for like almost 20 years and #1 for like 10 years or so? Russia on the other hand kept 80% (buy from private miners) while only 20% are for export. Low estimate 20k tons and high estimate 30k+ tons China have. I be shocked if we have 1k tons of gold in ft. Knox.

If people are trading in apples but are mostly trading paper apples, and there are 127 ficticious paper apples for every real physical apple....shouldn't the price of a real apple be (paper apple price x 127)?
Well according to the World Debt Clock spot price for paper gold is leveraged x127 compared to physical and silver is leveraged x 402
So when people start losing faith in paper assets as start running towards physical assets..........?

That’s why the cash in dollars to buy gold to use to back the trillions they need to create to stabilise their economy.
    The LT charts are terrible.
    Go back to 2010
    Look at stocks
    Property and gdp growth.
All have tanked over 15 years.
    That is hugely unusual.
Only the Great Depression was worse to assets.
