I want to annotate my acotar books but I will do it to my originals because I love those paperbacks and it would make them extra cute! 😒😒😒😒😒
lol great video! I actually like decled edges. Makes the book have old handmade paper vibes. I agree with these annoying things! Especially with different covers. RN with ACOAR the court of silver flames is hideous stands out like a neon pilon. I will wait till they come out with a completed set they will eventually
one of the things I hate is when a book gets made into a show or film on Netflix, and they change the cover of the book a bit and add some big advertisement for the movie with a big Netflix logo lol they did that with shadow & bone trilogy haha stickers are bad enough but when it’s actually part of the cover , it’s that much annoying, it looks tacky lol
Really fun - again watched and didn't comment, as I have a playlist of liked videos that I just leave on whilst doing stuff. Which is great but it means I have to go back and tell people things! Just general appreciation of the chill, cosy, fun chat vibes your videos give. It is definitely a place I keep coming back to, to cheer myself up 🫂💜📚
I don’t personally like when people hint about a twist or something that makes them cry because then I just end up not being surprised and don’t end up crying 😂 I wanna be shocked!! But I know when people mention it they have no ill intentions
I don't like any kind of sticker at all! I find it quite a spoiler when people are like this made me cry as it makes me anticipate something sad. I also don't really love knowing about plot twists ahead of time either... I've been going with unexpected directions for talking about a plot because that could mean you thought it would be one thing and you were wrong, or it's a plot twist, or you thought it was a contemporary and then it wasn't! I don't mind the plot moment everyone hates in Allegiant, but I don't like the aftermath of that plot moment... if that makes sense lol.
I think that seems to be a consensus for a lot of people (meaning I need to get better at not just blurting out that I cried at things lol). I like unexpected directions! Might have to start using that. I honestly don't know how I'd have felt about that Allegiant thing because knowing it was going to happen before I'd even read Insurgent really tainted my whole experience with it, so I don't know how I would have reacted to it had I not known. Ah welllll.

I'm all for not giving plot spoilers, but it's a bit much if someone objects to hearing that the plot is twisty - I mean, surely ALL good plots are?
I guess hearing the plot is twisty is fine, but maybe saying it has a twist at the end is more what people object to?
