I'd like to admit that I had a shopping trolley when I lived in London. I was 19-22 when I did that 🤣 it was pink with birds on it. Came in very useful!

Spatchcock is a way of preparing a chicken. You cut out the back bone and lay the entire thing flat, interior side down. This helps the entire chicken cook more evenly and can cut down on cook time. It's my preferred method when smoking chicken.

In the US it’s called arugula. It’s peppery and a bit spicy.
