- A short drone film recorded at Ardrossan South Beach in between rain showers in early May. Recorded using the DJI Mini 3. Featuring a funfair that was being set up and a little bit of the Salcoats tidal pool at the end of the beach.

Used to cycle along that promenade in the early eighties quite often. it was mobbed then, right along the promenade at South Beach to the Braes in Saltcoats where the fair used to be located. Then the Council in their wisdom decided to meddle and shifted the fairgrounds to Jacks Road playing fields. Big mistake. The decline started then. From the fairgrounds to the amusements, from the pubs/bars, to the nightclubs.. Now we have ghosts towns thanks to interfering Councillors.
Have you tried the beaches between Irvine and Troon, where they did rehearse the D Day landings apparently with live fire during WWII?👍
