Greetings, heroes! Zeus is back with yet another guide, and this time we're diving into the formidable hero, Julius. The community has spoken, and Julius emerged as the popular choice in the recent poll. So, without further ado, let's unravel the intricacies of Julius's skills and how to maximize his potential.
Defense Meowtrix:
Julius kicks off the battle with his skill, Defense Meowtrix. This unique ability envelops his team in a defense matrix that absorbs all incoming damage. Once the matrix is depleted, a healing surge rejuvenates all heroes in the team. What makes this skill particularly fascinating is its scalability with increased physical attack stats. The matrix has a capacity of 500% of Julius's physical attack, and the healing is a substantial 75% of his physical attack.
Now, let's delve into how we can further enhance this skill. Numerous heroes contribute additional physical attacks that synergize well with Julius's Defense Meowtrix. Icons like Artemis, with her artifact, Isaac utilizing the third skill Drone Swarm, Keira and her first artifact, Nebula's Equilibrium Skill, Tristan's Righteous Zeal Skill, Galahad's first artifact Harunian Sword, K’arkh's K’arkh’s Essence, Dark Star's Arelon’s Weeping, Dare Devil's On and Off, and Ginger's Noble Mk.2 artifact are key contributors.
Upon closer inspection, it becomes apparent that most marksman artifacts significantly boost Julius's first skill. To illustrate, let's take Nebula as an example. When patronaged by Cain, Nebula supports Julius with Equilibrium skills, resulting in an impressive increase in physical attack. With Julius's base attack at 55,610, Nebula's contribution elevates it to a whopping 120,000. When Julius activates Defense Meowtrix, the matrix capacity skyrockets to nearly 900,000, and healing reaches an astonishing 140,000 per hero in Julius's team. These numbers are staggering, especially considering the health pool of heroes ranging from 300,000 to 1,200,000 for tanks. In many battles, it takes three ultimates from Dante to dismantle Julius's matrix, coupled with a substantial amount of healing.
Before moving on to Julius's second skill, it's crucial to highlight his first artifact, which introduces a substantial 13,941 critical hit chance. This transforms Julius into not just a defensive powerhouse but also a supportive force, enhancing the critical hit chances of all physical attackers in his team.
Copycat Device:
The second jewel in Julius's skill set is the Copycat Device. In this maneuver, Julius envelops himself in an energy shield capable of absorbing all incoming damage. If the shield endures for a remarkable 5 seconds, it is then copied onto each ally. Furthermore, Julius experiences a surge in physical attack until the end of the battle. The shield's durability is set at 200% of Julius's physical attack, accompanied by an 8% boost to physical attack.
Similar to the first skill, the effectiveness of the second skill is closely tied to physical attack. With Nebula's support, the shield durability escalates to a formidable 360,000, and the physical attack boost reaches an impressive 28,000. This not only fortifies the second skill but also significantly impacts the potency of the first skill.
Nine-Lives Engine:
Moving on to the third skill, the Nine-Lives Engine may not initially dazzle with its impact. In this maneuver, Julius continues shielding his allies even after their shields are obliterated. When an ally loses a shield, negative effects are purged, and they gain bonus armor and magic defense for a brief 1.5 seconds. While this skill is still contingent on physical attack, its efficacy might fall short of expectations due to its short duration. For this skill to truly shine, a prolonged duration, perhaps 5 seconds, would be more impressive. The armor and magic defense boost, albeit significant, feels fleeting at just 1.5 seconds.

Great Video, it is this video that has gotten me started on using Julius as an offensive tank, but what i would like to see is how well he can be used as a defensive tank. So far all your Videos have shown Julius being used as an offensive tank.
Pairing him with Nebula makes him defensive by increasing his matrix capacity. We have used Julius in foundry and shooting range in COW. I will take a note for defense video with Julius :)

How long does one save 36 billion gold coins?
Oliver and axel shield also buffing shield. Is that work with julius?
I have not tested how they interact. Julius shield is very powerfull :)

why is judge commonly paired with julius?
I have not much tests to come to conclusion about Julius and Judge synergy. What i know is that Judge shield adds another layer of pprotection. When i do more test i will come up with video explenation
