- This is a short video of me practising for the concert on 15th December 2024 at 17:00 in the church of St. Martin (St. Martinskirche) in Egerkingen, Switzerland. The concert is the last one in the Saison 2024 of Musica Cordis Konzertreihe Egerkingen (www.musicacord.... The programme consists of concertos by Antonio Vivaldi transcribed for both solo organ and solo harpsichord by Johann Gottfried Walther and Johann Sebastian Bach. In this video you hear Johann Gottfried Walther's arrangement of Vivaldi's e-minor violin concerto RV 275 for solo organ in b minor, LV 133 played on pedal harpsichord.

I use my Italian single manual harpsichord made in 2013 by Ugo Casiglia in Sicily (8' + 8') after Giovanni Battista Giusti (ugocasiglia.it...) and a pedal harpsichord (16' + 8' + 4') made by the Sassmann harpsichord manufactory.
The recording was made with a cellphone without the intention of it being professional. It is merely an audio-visual invitation to the concert.
