From what I've seen of Wheel of Fortune, most usually do spin just to get more money because they're gambling addicts even when the puzzle is clearly able to be solved.
In Chugga's (mild) defense, I thought the puzzle was "Siesta Keys to the Garage" because Siesta Key is a commonly known retirement vista in Florida, mainly because a lot of the beach is privately owned and thus, not crowded.
"Space may be the final frontier, but it's made in a Hollywood basement." I was just listening to that song yesterday and thought of that line in particular. Tim, I love you!
With how this video ended, when the second half is released, I expect someone to edit them together with a commercial break between the parts..if _just_ to humor Tim xD
