We’re building in Park East at Azario and spoke with two pool companies this week. Coast to Coast was very friendly and said it’s a 9-12 month process and I’m having a hard time getting Superior Pools to even get back with me. We found Absolute Aluminum, who would build the cage, to be pretty arrogant. I suppose that until things cool off, they’re in the driver’s seat.
The homes are nicely appointed with some of the most popular designs. The people bidding get a copy of all upgrades to make sure they like the choices. If they like what is offered, then they make a bid.

It’s just like buying a home that is already complete, in inventory. These are just not built yet.
