muscle band for attack speed, garchomp have 5 stacks, scope lense for critical damages, survival are buddy barrier good for team fight or focus band for healing when your hp were low but i recommend you to watch the guide vide or masters players to understand how to use and play as garchomp hope that help
yes but you deal less damage than full combo and less time cced , only use when you need fast combo for an escaping ennemy for example but never engage with it you ll be left with no spells that did less damage combined than seperetly

I personally like Solar Beam Venasaur becuz of the dmg and kill steal/snipe potential it has. Unfortunately, neither Giga Drain nor Sludge Bomb pair very well with it...

this might be late, but rough skin doesn't just reflect physical damage that was received, but any MELEE mons in the game will be punished (for example, wigglytuff and blissey is affected by garchomp's rough skin even though they are sp. attackers because they are melee mons)

You can actually combine both moves. Just use Dragon Claw immediately after you've used Dragon Rush.

Sludge Bomb can pair pretty well with it since it can slow the enemies movement which makes it harder for them to dodge solar beam
