You know I ran into a similar issue during this Frostyfest. I ran into a 100x battle, the enemy team had 3 Triple-Splash Dualies and 1 Gold Aerospray. I was playing Mint Decavitator and I was a bit worried (my other three teammates weren't the greatest...). But after getting 12 kills out of 2 deaths, I managed to carry my team and win the match. As you had said and so did I after I won that match, they can't gain their special (or ink turf in my case) if they're dead. 🤣
comps like these are always so fun to watch, my team ran off-meta comps and it made winning against strong teams so much more rewarding. meta is almost always exploitable since it's typically very spammy and laid-back. y'all played those games rlly well! KEEP GOING Y'ALL GOT THIS

Their comp is very meta, cooler, x2 zooka or x2 strikes. Pencil would probably make it even more meta but then again, I could freely rush a pencil down where it's a bit harder with hedit so pencil would be less effect against our comp. About a year ago running x2 zooka was the meta and now its kinda of like that with strikes and bubble. Alternatively, a even more meta comp would be to put in a mid-line weapon (like a bucket instead of ttek, still having strikes). That's because SOMEONE doesn't have their noise surpression on LMAOO, so you can hear their mic picking up their game audio since thats what im hearing in the VC
