This guy looks so freakin good and he's so nostalgic. ROTF deluxe rampage was my first transformers toy and I really want this guy, even if I don't get the full set.
I am very excited to see what the full combine mode is going to look like. But it does lead me to wonder something. Aren't you worried that the combine mode might not go too well? I mean some of the previous figures kind of had a bad history of their transformation and quality (mostly the Mixmaster figure).

Are they going to be doing a Rampage repaint of this guy. Cause on the box it looks like the leg is colored red and are they also gonna redo Giant are as Demolisher from the Shangai scene
I still have the Walmart green ROTF I got on clearance probably 15 years ago. I Honestly hate most of the Bayformers mainly due to how they would not translate into toys. This is the level of engineering that is needed to pull these figures off, and are well above the SS line. I may just invest in these guys.
The fact that they have “ literal metal rods” to help support the combiner in the box should be the 50th red flag this set has show not to invest in it lol
Personally, I disagree. Due to all the die cast metal used, the thing weighs 14 kilos (~30 lbs.) You'd be very hard pressed to make a 30lb behemoth like Devastator stand up properly in every pose. He can hold himself up just fine in certain poses, but they're worth having to get the full range of articulation. Just as some people want stands to peg into their seekers

There's: *Mixmaster* (Head/Neck) *Scavenger* (Upper Torso/Arm Attachments) *Overload* (Lower Torso/Leg Attachments) *Scrapper* (Right Arm) *Hightower* (Left Arm) *Long Haul* (Right Leg) *Rampage* (Left Leg) Try to find this guy and cover the figurine! It's amazing to have on the shelf as a display piece!

Well, Starscream refers to the _red_ one as Rampage in the dialogue of Revenge of the Fallen itself. Most likely, it's the credits for the film that goofed up, and the official stance of "Rampage is red, Skipjack is yellow" to be the intent from the start
Tbh the only thing I don’t like about this figure his his thumbs and rampage is my second most favorite revenge of the fallen character and I literally have like every version of him toy wise now and this is my absolute favorite one

Your should definitely check out the new Original figure "Frost Light" from The Archecore series by Toys Alliance! Its one of the best truck-formers ive owned and is Optimus meets Mad Max and 40k.. and is part a convoy that forms a large combiner.
To each their own. I loved this design when I saw it in the movie. Something new. I also got my copy of this figure few days ago and it's the only Devil Savior figure I'm getting (maybe Scrapper too but I need to see the transformation first). Sweeping is a very good figure!
Respect for transforming all of the figures of this line for the comparisons! I think you're the only reviewer to have done that.

I never did like the design for this devastator however, this line (detail wise) has given me a new appreciation for them.
