Misleading ang explainer ninyo. Ang diplomatic passport is issued for govt official on official trip. Although his passport is still valid till Dec 2021, Si Del Rosario is no longer connected with the govt beside purpose of travel on personal business trip. So he is using invalid travel document. The immigration officer at the port of entry has the right to refuse entry or acceptance without giving any reason at all. It is not harassment or disrespectful sa issuer ng passport. He should know this but he is tweaking the law into his favor.
