Ashes of Love was the first c-drama I watched three years ago and I am still not over it. Have watched it numerous times and I still can't get enough of Xu Feng and Jin Mi. Really wishing for season 2 or another drama as Yang Zi and Deng Lun as the MCs.

After watching this drama with all my tears leaving my body, I feel so empty. Everytime I rewatch this drama it makes me feel happy but I also feel so sad, I don’t know whether it’s because Xufeng and Jinmi aren’t real, or if I won’t have such a good person as Xufeng in my life. But still deep in my heart I will believe that Jinmi and Xufeng are real, maybe in another universe from mine, and having eternal happy life together with their child.

I am so pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t aware that ending song was sung by YangZi and Deng Lun. Their screen chemistry is out of this world. YangZi was actually the one who recommended Deng Lun for the role in Ash of love. Deng Lun’s first screen lover was YangZi. They started acting together whey they were 18. Deng Lun’s acting career really took off because of Ash of Love, he won “the most popular male artist” award that year in China.

I bypass this drama so many times on Netflix but decided to finally watch it. I regret not watching it sooner. What a great drama. Only thing I didn't like was the ending for the Demon Princess and Muci, because there was already enough going on between the 3 main characters hahaha other than I have rewatched it twice during this quarantine time lol...be safe and stay safe out there everyone ❤🙏
