First you have to learn all steps and also you have to remember them which is not easy because it's generally 7-9 min performance and too much song remixes are there you can't repeat steps too much time.

Bhangra is my most fav dance form it helped me a lot especially in keeping myself fit. When I got recommemded for IAF from 5Afsb I was 82 kg but regular bhangra routines helped me reduce to 75kg. Although I still got.med out because of eyesight still I am greatful to this form. Jai Hind Jai Panjab
U should check traditional bhangra too.. In which even singing is live,. Some people might not understand the singing.. But the steps are of course brilliant.
