Perfumes makes me happy. Allure from Chanel, Ysl Champagne and Aqua di Gio for women, the 90s one. Many perfumes from the 90s aswell like Sun Moon stars etc. And your videos makes me happy 🌞

I can never say “perfume” or “cologne” anymore, as a fragrance can be an EDP, EDT, EDC, extrait, etc., and I’m a stickler. I say “fragrance,” and sometimes “scent.”
You have talked about Eden so much, I have a small bottle on the way… along with a few other Cacharels! Used to wear Noa back in the day, in Paris, along wit Flower by Kenzo, and Parfum d’Été.
I adore Noa I need to use it more. Cacharel scents are the best. I think I love all 3 words, scent, perfume or fragrance
I’m loving your frequent uploads. Today I’m wearing Bo by Liis. I picked it because my son is coming home for a visit- I live on the Sonoma county coast & Bo is a beautiful Woody Amber Vanilla inspired by the Northern California coastal forests. It’s a special visit because he is meeting his newborn nephew & niece for the first time (my daughter had twins 6 weeks ago). So I’m a mama making some memories & feeling very happy.
Bo opens with Elemi resin and Tobacco; the mid is Kyara Incense and Sequoia, and the base is Cedar, Vanilla and Guaiac Wood. I would definitely categorize it as having a therapeutic and I’ve heard others say it reminds them of a spa. To me it smells like walking through the giant redwood which is my “happy-place”. It has a soothing creaminess throughout the wear that I adore and that instantly causes me to take a deep cleansing breath. It’s my bohemian & grounding scent

This would be a great topic to tag other fragheads to do. Bold scents from my childhood applied lightly are a comfort, like Opium, Amarige. The buttery gardenia of Terra Cotta reminds me of my childhood home in old Florida. L'Initial is my daily ride or die scent. I'm still looking for the perfect citrus scent that smells like the orange grove shops we used to frequent, a soft mix of varied citruses with hints of orange blossom & jasmine soap.

I totally agree with you Gabbi 100%. Fragrances are therapies for the mind, the body, the soul. Especially the ones that we have associated with good memories or important times. Angel is my therapy too! As I have told you a million times 😊 . It has got me through hard times and wonderful times. It has been with me everywhere. It instantly changes my mood. It helps me feel happy and relaxed .It travels me through time and brings back amazing memories!❤❤

Fleur d'oranger reminds me of a time of personal development, search for happiness and rediscovery of my value as a person, as a woman. I wore it during the divorce (and years after) from my first husband. The smell of orange blossom is happiness for me🤩

Angel brings to my mind a happy childhood, which I didn't have, but it makes me happy 😊 I call it my Winnie the Pooh scent 🤭 Eden feels very "lubrique" I'd say in French, meaning it makes me feel like I make others wet 😇🤭 I don't see either of those scents ever out of my collection 😊 btw, I just rewatched Kylie's Showgirl concert the other day, those male dancers in feathers and glittery speedos are just yumm 🤭

Claude is so funny! As it happens, Fleur S’oranger was my SOTD. My nose doesn’t smell the cumin at all, maybe on my skin the cumin doesn’t come through. I absolutely love the happy smell but it’s not one the hubby likes 😢. I wear it when he’s not around. I find it relaxing.

I wore this same Serge Lutens one today and got several compliments. I hadnt worn it for a while and its really beautiful. The memories we create through our own history and the fragrances that accompanied us in those periods of time. Im craving ones like Organza, Pleasures, Private Collection. They are real powerhouses in their own right. As I get older I get incredibly nostalgic and apprecative of many of the 80's and 90's fragrances. Now im also confident enough to wear them whenever I want to. Chloe Narcisse was gorgeous. Ive ordered the one youve spoken of here that is close to it. You warm my heart with your wonderful video's. ❤

Scent is so strongly connected to memory and emotion. I have trauma from a decade of domestic abuse and it really has affected my memory long term. Now I have a new and truly happy life with my new husband I really consider which perfume I wear for time spent with my husband, family and friends and for special occasions. Every day I visit my perfume collection to smell the perfumes and not only do they make me happy but they help me remember moments that I wish to cherish but otherwise so easily slip away from me. It is therapy for sure. My husband gets it and encourages me - others around me maybe find my passion for perfume excessive - but we don't need to explain ourselves to others. Every perfume in my collection has a meaning to me and I have gotten rid of the ones that didn't make me happy. Along with the emotional connection to perfume, I more and more enjoy learning about perfumery. My taste is evolving but I hold on to the scents that have meaning to me, regardless of popularity or potential hate they recieve in the perfume community.

Hypnotic poison but the 90's version reminds me of the time when i was just a teenager, but wow i fell in love instantly, saved my money for months to be able to buy it, and when i finally got it, i fell even more in love! Still love it but prefer the edp.

Always keep them in a cupboard away from sunlight and heat. The bathroom cabinet can be the worse because of steam. If they are away from heat then they ladt years and years
