I'm a puerto rican drag king and am close to the drag scene here. It's constantly joked about having a drag race with just the local girls. In fact, Lumina even did her own drag race as a one-off drag show and it was really successful in the scene. I've been in the scene for around 5 years now and have seen how hard these queens, kings, and in-between work in this art form and be so underappreciated.
