You’re so sweet! Thank you! 💗 My hair hasn’t always been healthy I’ve definitely fried it off once or twice 🥴🙈 but I’ve learned a lot over the years so I like sharing that.
This line seems to be discontinued And a new line called super shine shampoo and conditioner was added. Would you by any chance know what the difference will be?
It’s the same line, they just changed the name to Supershine shampoo and conditioner. They reformulated it slightly but I honestly can’t tell a difference. They relaunched it a week ago I believe.
Hi! Thank you so much for watching! 🙏🏼💗 I’m wearing the Honey palette from Urban Decay. I have the greenish color on my lid and the medium matte brown in my crease.
Love the Brilliance and Shine line so much.. but just FYI, The Supershine cream no longer contains Pearl Powder or the Hydrolyzed Conchiolin Protein. I believe they got rid of it a year or two ago because it was triggering too many people. If you have a tube that still contains these extracts definitely savor them. I feel like the newer formulation just isn't quite the same.
Good to know! I know the vegan community didn’t like the pearl additive because it “came” from an animal. It’s a bummer you don’t like the new formula 😩. Im currently on my last tube. What don’t you like about the new formula or what do you feel is different?
@@JeniferLarson it’s still a fantastic product and I use it often but I feel like the texture and shine it used to give was really unique. I feel like it plumped my ends and clumped them together nicer than it does now as well but truly it may be something I’ve changed in my routine somewhere else as well.. who knows. I’ve been really into R+Co Bleu’s products ever since they dropped as well and they do give your hair very nice texture so I will survive! (Along with the new hair alchemy serum which is sooo nice for everything I mentioned as well, I’m sure you know!!!)
@@timophat totally makes sense. I feel like when formula’s change, it’s never as good as the original. I absolutely LOVE the new Alchemy line! It makes my hair feel so soft. I’ve tried the R&CO products and like what they did for my hair but I don’t use them because of the smell. It’s too musky and masculine for me. I am curious about their “luxury” line called Bleu. I love the packaging and from what I’ve heard the scent is clean smelling. I think the inspiration for the scent was the blue water in Italy (or at least a European city 😂).
That explains it. I was looking at oribes website and saw nothing about pearls. That's too bad, it sounded really bad ass. As much as I love animals, I'd definitely take some ground up pearls in my hair.
Hi, in love with this serie about Oribe 🥰 Could you please help me figure out what is the best routine between Oribe Alchemy line and Kevin Murphy plumping shampoo and conditionner (+ maybe the Staying alive as a styling product?)? I have quite fine hair, I wash them twice a week and blowdry with the Dyson airwrap (I have naturally curly hair 2B/C) and the ends are bleached but I plan to not touch my natural color ever again because it’s too much damage and I want my hair to grow super long! At the moment I use Oribe signature shampoo + conditioner and the royal blowout. I add a tiny amount of the supershine cream because I needed a little bit of extra moisture but I feel this routine is a little bit too heavy for me.
Thank you so much! 🙏🏼 I love the KM plumping shampoo and conditioner because it encourages hair growth. I’ve noticed a ton of hair growing in since using the plumping line. I wash my hair twice a week so every other week I’ll use the Alchemy line because I want to make the new hairs to be protected and stay strong (along with the rest of my hair). 1-2x a month, I will use k18 as my conditioner to prevent damage from styling. I use the KM staying alive as my leave in detangler and add my styling products on top. I LOVE it!! I would say if you have fine hair you’ll love the Plumping line because it’s designed for thinning hair. If you want to incorporate the Alchemy line, maybe just start with the shampoo and use the plumping conditioner. You could also just add the alchemy serum which is really light weight. Both the Alchemy shampoo and serum will create that barrier around your hair strands to help prevent breakage from styling. It’ll also help strengthen your hair. I hope this helps but as always let me know if you have anymore questions and I’ll do my best to help you! 💗
@@JeniferLarson Thank you so much for all your precious tips, I really appreciate🙏🏼🙏🏼 I wanted to try the new Alchemy line so badly but I read not so much great reviews about the conditioner and I don’t want to spend 170€ for the 3 products that will potentially make my hair worse 🥺 And unfortunately I don’t find samples to try it first… I’ll check out the KM products too to see how it performs on my hair I hope you’re gonna upload a video about your haircare routine in details, I love watching your haircare content!💕
You’re so welcome! I say if you want to try the Alchemy line start with the shampoo or serum. Its easier to start with 1 product so you don’t feel committed. But I think you’ll love the plumping line as well! Let me know your thoughts once you’ve tried it. 💗

@@samuelbatth4317 Royal blowout is a blow out spray. So this product speeds up blow dry time, repairs split ends and strengthens the hair. Supershine light is a blowout cream. You’re my hair guru for sure. That shine and silky factor you have is amazing!
Thank you! 💗 After years of damage, it definitely took a while to get healthy again. And now that it’s healthy I’m trying to grow it long again.
Wow great details! I love how you give us all the science and the why behind these hair products!
Thank you! I’m the type of person that likes to know the “why” behind stuff and thought others might to,

Those products sounds like they work amazing ! I must try them out babe 👀 great video like always 🥰
They definitely work really well!
Hi, have you tried the new gloss shine liquid product from Orbie? That’s what brought me here. Thank you
Hi! I have! It’s really nice. I love that it doesn’t leave any weight on the hair. We’ve been using it on our clients non stop in the salon.
@@JeniferLarson oh wow! That’s great to know. And thanks for a prompt reply!! I’ll have to get this for my frizzy hair then :)
Of course 🥰. If you try it, I’d love to know your thoughts on it!
@@JeniferLarson Sure, I’ll come back and report if I ended up purchasing.

Does every product in their lineup, including the newer hair gloss lamellar treatment, contain pearl powder?
I don’t know that the new line contains the pearl. They reformulated it and it’s now called Supershine.
@ interesting, thank you! That makes sense since I read the ingredients and couldn’t find any of it present.
I need them😍💙💙 great review babe thank you for the info on them😍💖💖
I’m all about shine for my hair 😂 it’s so dry here.

I have very fine, thinning hair that I let air dry 99% of the time. What product would you recommend for a leave in?
So so so informative. Doesn’t sound like a line for me but it’s cool to know what’s out there 🥰
Thanks love! 💗
I need to step up my hair game. I did get a dry shampoo which I want to try and see how that feels.
Dry shampoos can be a game changer!

Can I use it on oily hair ? Please
Yes you can. If you had build up from oil production I’d say use the Serene scalp shampoo.
I am also confused between royal blowout vs super shine light which one for oily and fine hair?
