The reason behind why these young people are seeking drugs needs to be explored by their families but I think many don't really want to know. It's easier to blame others. No quicker than you can jail a drug dealer for selling a killer drug, they'll just be replaced with another drug dealer.

And a perc 30 is smaller than a xanax she just wanted to get high bottom line and she had a nice home to get high in because her parents knew they gave her the money to buy it.
