Kelly! I just went down an accidental rabbit hole and randomly found a YT video where he’s telling his story. I don’t know if I should have clicked, but I did and it made my heart so happy. After a 2.5 year marriage type commitment, the wheels fell off the bus during lock down, job losses and my aunty passing away... Both of our cptsd was triggered and we were unable to hold each other... I had to walk away to take care of my nervous system...
