Rakuru a promise fulfilled is a story about the responsible engineers who came forward to serve its nation by leaving all their comforts and to bring some change in the life of people living amidst the difficult terrains of Ladakh - Himalaya.
Global Himalayan Expedition (GHE) run by dedicated and responsible young sons of India have understood the misery and suffering of these people and started bringing happiness in the form of electricity. This is the story of how GHE has brought the team of General Electric (GE) to this beautiful yet isolated village of Rakuru.
