Nice comparison between the original EWS (English, Welsh and Scottish) livery and the DB (Deutsch Bahn) livery. I know which one I prefer and it is not the red one. At least Ed Burkhardt acknowledged in the naming of EWS that it was for us, and not under the control of a foreign government railway. I really must try and get to Cardiff (my old home city) again and see the railway developments in progress.
