This video starts inside a cable car going up to Mt. Senkoji. Then we are walking down from there while we enjoy the great view of Onomichi. Out goal is JR Onomichi Station.

Trivia: The view from Mt. Senkoji was great! It's really worth visiting and It's definitely ranked in the top 3 of my "great view chart". I wanted to spend more time there but I was in the middle of transition from Hiroshima to my next destination, Kurashiki so I was able to be there only for a few hours. What a shame!

Very nice video. You are right saying "the town of temples". I am a hiker and when I visited Onomichi a few years ago, I was surprised to see so many temples. There are three small mountains you can hike, including this one, in Onomichi. You can hike all three in one day. Thank you for the upload.

by the way, the Yamato cruiser that appeared in the bay at the end of the Y6 game was also in Onomichi. A World War II movie was filmed in Onomichi and a 1:1 replica was built here

I guess so. But the cable car is running every 15 mins so you should spare 2 hours for everything I did in this video for just in case.
