It's such a good song! They chose not to try to fight the scumbags at their former agency for the name. The agency closed its doors in 2021, but it still seems to exist on paper and lately those in charge have been issuing threats again against their former artists. The guys also said that they didn't want to use the name because not all of the members of B.A.P are present. They also didn't feel right picking a new name. In the end, they just decided to go with their names, but everyone else is still calling them B.A.P.
