for sure
Dev Gohil : don't use theese riffs
Simon Smith : hold my beer )
I use to play tremolo picked riffs on my acoustic and it's sounds awesome. Also a very good exercise for fingers.
Thank you ! You're the first one on youtube (as far as I know) to make a video explaining that playing an accoustic guitare as an electric is pointless, I really liked the video, keep up the good work !
Cheers man
As much as I like the guitar with distortion, I also like black/death metal riffs and dark melodies on the acoustic guitar and it's very cool. this tutorial is fantastic and It is something that I wanted. I motivated to learn and play all of these on my classical guitar. thank you so much dev.
nice one! thanks for watching
man! your open chord voicings sounds so melodic ! dub it with acoustic tremolo picking your style. Unplugged version !!!! How about that ?
Keep rocking, mate!
cheers man thanks for the support, will be a while before i touch an acoustic guitar
1:36 Happy Days in a nutshell
thank you for this lesson , i've been rying to push this acoustic black metal thing for a while now and you really helped me more , thank you
no worries thank you
This vid was a necessary stepping stone so thanks very insightful
Some great chord shapes and ideas in this video!
Beautiful sound man.
Amazing tutorial, thank you very much. More acoustic black metal/dark folk lessons please.
This is great for playing some blackgaze
Definitely!
I've just come across your youtube channel. You are doing a really good job here mate. Thumbs up :). I like the approach to the topic of infusion of metal and acoustic guitar. I've been a fan of that kind of playing for decades. As the styles were always present. When you go back to the '80s, beginning of the '90s there was plenty of metal bands incorporating little pieces of a classical guitar into their music. I've just subscribed to your channel:). Keep up the good job :)
Thanks so much
Thanks my brother, you really help me in my music and my guitar practice thank you so much brother
Awesome channel man, keep this good content coming!
thanks man, new videos coming soon
really great stuff c: i was kind of excited to see many things presented here are very typical of how i have come to approach the guitar, i really love the drone of barre chord shapes when opened up like that, gives it a distinct feel. thanks for the video, now i have some more ideas to go mess around with haha, take care n keep up the great work ^-^
thank you very much
@@DevGohil ofc :]

@@DevGohil oh thanks!!
This helps alot! Thankyou 🤟
Your song sounds like it would have fit perfectly in Interstellar when they were trying to land on the spinning space ship.
Cool insights
It sounds like something out of a Silent Hill game, nice
nah man u play it good and its still sound so great even on acoustic (i like tremolo picking acoustic😤)
Hey man thanks for this video and all your other videos, I’ve started a one man metal project a few months ago that mainly focuses on Atmospheric black metal and I guess DSBM type sad guitar sounds, I had released an EP only using a keyboard and an acoustic guitar so I recently got an electric guitar and already my sound is sounding better so these tips and tutorials are helpful, I know this video wasn’t explaining anything to do with electric but I’m binge watching other videos of yours with that lol, honestly if I had any real questions it would be how to mix drums because no matter how on point and perfect in rhythm I get the drums and guitars, I can never seem to mix them properly even if it starts good it at points seems out of pace which is really annoying and I’m motivating lol
thanks man

love it
Great tips!
cheers man
Fresh stuff
I love black metal
How to play BM « I love this warm sound «2:35 🤣😂😃
I dunno, I think tremolo picked acoustic sounds great and tremolo picking can and is used occasionally with acoustic guitars . And then there are acoustic guitar style of instruments like Balalaika which are played almost exclusively with tremolo picking.
Tremolo sounds better On 12 strings
The example at 9:20 reminds me of harvest by opeth

0:45 sounds soo familiar, but I can't remember, how the song is called.
