Which one works without lag while using the phone because I have one that works good except for calls. My calls lag behind so I always unplug it and use Bluetooth for the call

Not a good review, they are all easy to connect, none really have any bells and whistles. They only one function. The most important feature is how long do the take to boot into carplay from point of turning on the car.
Can any of these work even when phone is plugged into USB port to charge? I bought the Ottocast and it works great until my phone is low on battery and shuts down completely if I plug my phone in to charge.
Do all CarPlay devices stream any and every app on my iPhone? (Hulu, Netflix, Discovery, etc)? If not, how can aI tell what a given product will do? By the way, I bought the Magic Box 1.0 and it was a piece of junk. Would stream Netflix but not TH-cam. Then it quit connecting at all.

3/10/2024 - If as you say, the Ottocast U2-AIR is one of the quickest on the market, tells us which is the quickest.
why in 2024 are you using a carlinkit 3.0 and not the newest 5.0...

Only certain apps are CarPlay compatible
