Ramgarh is a small hill station and tourist destination on the way to Mukteshwar in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, India. This place is rich in orchards. An unobstructed view of the snow-capped ranges of the Himalayas from this place can be seen. The place was once the cantonment of the English army. The famous poets Rabindra Nath Tagore and social worker Narain Swami had established their ashrams over here. The writers Ramdhari Singh 'Dinkar' and Sachchidananda Hirananda Vatsyayan, famous by his pen-name "Agyeya" also lived here. There is also a library dedicated to famous Hindi poet-writer Mahadevi Varma, who got the idea of writing Lachma, the famous story, in Ramgarh.
Ramgarh is located at 29.45°N 79.55°E. Ramgarh is divided into parts- Talla (lower part) and the Malla (Upper part). It has an average elevation of 1,518 meters (4,980 feet). The altitude ranges from 1,400 meters in the Talla (Lower) Ramgarh valley to 1,900 meters in Malla (Upper) Ramgarh. The East-West ridge above Malla Ramgarh has an elevation of 2000-2350 meters.
Ramgarh is also known as the "Fruit Bowl of Kumaon" owing to its verdant orchards of peach, apricots, pears, and apples.

I liked your video very much, though the land is outside my budget as well as it does not have sunshine in the cold afternoons. In fact I rate your video the greatest video on real estate I have ever seen because you talked not only about the merits of the land but also the demerit of the land i.e. lack sunshine in the evening as well as you have given every single detail in description including climate and geographic coordinates of the location.
My appreciations for very straight forward talk in narration.
In future I will need services of a property agent/consultant, to purchase cheap rural land 1-2 Nali in U.Khand hills, perhaps you may be a fit person. I am a non-U. resident, I live in Delhi.
Is it possible to get about 1 Nali land below Rs.1- 2 lakh per nali, in less cold climate zone for residence/vacation home:-
i)with electricity and govt./panchayat piped water availability,
ii)with plentiful sunshine in the evening,
iii)approachable by car right up to the plot, and
iv)having some kind of neighborhood, even in a village that also will be O.K.
