Place truck at 45° to pile...You will not have to turn loader. We do that to save steel tracks and rollers from wear on 973.Then you hands won't get tired turning wheel so much. Nice loader congrats. I had to build my first one out of junk machines...it was a Dynahoe 200-4 ...monster. So loud and slow entire neighbor would call police...lol. Love these new quiet machines.שלום
M series loaders are great! I hate the joy stick though. our 950 luckily has levers. She's looking a bit light there in the ass when you're dumping, or are you hitting the breaks too hard? adjust that counterweight, made a difference on our 950s
Wilbur Yea I know that, but what I am asking is, will he ever break away from his parents company and go solo, or will he work for his parents and run his excavation company.
I was asking because my new tractor has DOC+DPF and the exhaust smell is very noxious. I'm hoping it'll get better as things break in. It smells kinda like a diesel, but there is something else in the exhaust that burns your eyes, like Methanol does.
I assumed it was Hydro, based on the whine and how it moved. I have nothing against Hydro, it's much more efficient for loader use than shuttle shift. I just bought a new tractor with shuttle shift and sold a couple Hydro units. If the ergonomics of the pedals were better on their Hydro unit, I might have bucked up for it. But as it is, I decided to spend that money on a cab with shuttle, instead of open station hydro. I live in a cold climate (during the winter) and decided that a cab was a better long term investment.
Love it so far. Only have about 12,000 miles on it so far. No issues yet. Yes I have too heard of a lot of issues with them, but mostly with the non DEF models
To be honest this was the second load ever I loaded up. I had about 15 min on the machine. So blame this one on me the operator. haha. I did much better once I got the machine settings dialed in. I just wanted to get an action video up for you guys. I thought it had great breakout force. There will be many more videos to come!
Hay dirt ninja just wanted to let you congrats on loader and to tell you I started my own channel Excavating320 check it out in actually get ready to do my own project off the farm!

Do you think you'll move on from your parent's business eventually and build your excavation business or stick with what your doing?
Blake B he already owns his own business it is called new era I think.

Good question... Im not sure yet. I know I cant work weekends for ever though!
sure you can!
Does that use Blue DEF (selective catalytic reduction), or a DOC+DPF?
It takes DEF

Looking forward to seeing it with a plow.
That is awesome
Is that a shuttle shift, or a hydrostatic?
Hydro. But it also has torque converter mode.

How do you like the cat tri axle ? I have heard a bunch of bad things about them .
Love it so far. Only have about 12,000 miles on it so far. No issues yet. Yes I have too heard of a lot of issues with them, but mostly with the non DEF models
Do you drive the tri
Axle or do you have a driver
With a CDL drive it
How many yard bucket is that??
2.7-3 yard
the bucket seemssmall for the machine. its a nice machine though
Doesn't seem to have much break out force.
