I have the same insert, I removed the pouch and used a dethreading tool to take off the Velcro. It's perfect. I use the cup holder for my glasses/sunglasses. I love it with my modifications.

Hi Elizabeth! I say if you can, go to the store and try it on to see how it fits your frame. Or if you add it to your collection but don’t like the strap, you can always take it off. Either way, it’s a great classic bag and it holds a ton. Good luck 😉

I want to use this bag to carry essentials for a baby like 2 diapers, small wipes, extra onesie, maybe a bottle (I nurse but it’s good to have a back up). What do u think! SOS 😂
