There is another important parietal site in Nouvelle-Aquitaine called The Roc aux Sorciers (Sorcerer's Rock), dating from the same period as Lascaux (Magdalenian period). The original site is also close to the public for its protection, but it can be discovered through a center with two different reproductions of its carved frieze.
