You spoke to my soul with that intro, I do believe many of us have forgotten the joy and wonder of genuinely having fun in this environment. Personally even playing with dagger is feeling... old, for lack of a better term. And so I wonder, how many of us have become engrossed in TTK, optimal setups, and perfecting aim to the point of forgetting who we were all those days, weeks, or months ago? And if so, how do we get back to that time?
I had to cut myself short with that intro, I could of went on a tangent. But I completely agree, gone were the days of getting home from school or work, kicking back and simply playing a game to have fun. This is coming from a guy that poured thousands of hours into Halo playing capture the flag on Blood Gulch, till this day it is one of best times I've had in gaming.
It's probably cause I'm..."artistic" but I cannot carry the pad and zip at the same. Makes my skin crawl😂😂 Glad to know more about the pellet count stuff though that had me guessing.
Yea, its a super fun. But as hard as I tried to make it work in a competitive setting, it really forced me into vulnerable situations which pretty turned me into a liability for my team. I'm looking forward to what adjustments they will make in the future (next week) for this weapon.
You didnt mention that its great at delaying healing for enemies! Keeping them constantly low makes them easy to finish off! Killing lights from long range is hilarious.
Yeah that’s a really good point! Great for getting them low and then finishing them off. Then proceeding to watch them switch weapons, realize its not easy to use and quit the match. Its a vicious cycle. lol
Thanks for theorizing on 5 pellets to burn. I have fun with this weapon, but what always bothered me is that the chance to burn seemed somewhat random. It should definitely take out gas in one shot though…
Your welcome and I agree, that one of the most puzzling things to me. Why does it activate immediately on the goo and not the gas? If it dispersed gas immediately, it would of been a huge redeeming quality for this weapon.
the first 10 seconds kinda proves why people dont like the cerberus. It isnt because it isnt "meta" or "optimized" it is simply because it isnt fun to use with its range being so nurtured. It just doesnt get the kills like that model or revolver (both of which are not meta-picks for this season).
I unlocked the defualt white skin for Cerberus.. My teammates frequently laugh at me and tell me to use a "real gun"😂. Its so satisfying to use tho! I recently had a game where my 2 teammates were laughing at me so hard i decided to try Famas (a "real gun") the game became easy mode. I felt like a try hard ruining everyones fun 😅
It really has. Especially in world tour or casual modes, its my pet peeve when other players try to tell how to play while they use meta weapons and miss every shot. lol
A really good guide, with active and engaging commenting as well as information. Btw, you don't normally run heal beam with this because cerberus can feel like an eternal reload
I usually run demat, but it super helpful to a teammate behind me with healing beam. However the problem is that they have to rush in with me to keep me up, putting both of us in harms way. When I could use the model or any AR and maintain a good amount of distance so that they can somewhat heal in safety.
One time i 3 shot a heavy and finished them off with quick melee!🔥 You have to hit every pellet tho😐 Ive done it once, and i have the white skin.. Facing heavies is really tough because you have to get really close. I hope rhey buff it but dont make it too good. I loved model in season 1 and 2, but then the sweats ruined it.
I made a video with this weapon on my TH-cam it’s one of my favorites if used correctly it can get you lots of victories. It’s a weapon that takes learning
For real, moving and shooting with this weapon is satisfying and refreshing. There no better feeling than seeing your opponent run away thinking they are going to survive and end up dying anyways. lol
Do you have a certain video setting that allows your screen to tilt your camera when you make a turn in game?? It looks dope idk if its by default-great vid man:)) Your Revolver guide helped me a ton thx bro
Yea, I tried using it competitively. But that range really forced me to move in or not do any effective damage from beyond 7m. As much fun as I had using it casually, I felt 7 out of 10 times the play style made me more of a liability rather than an asset to my team.
Heyy, I've been watching your guides for a while now and I just wanted to give some constructive criticism, your editing is amazing but your latest thumbnails are a bit over the top
Not picking on you but Thumbnails are supposed to attract audiences! 99% of the time it’s the difference between choosing one TH-camrs upload vs another, if both are covering the same content. Therefore, very good reasoning behind it. He wants to have a successful channel and make a living from it, and sometimes that’s what needs to be done to engage with a larger audience, grow the channel and continue to do what he loves doing. The amount of effort put into these videos is insane, especially if one does it alone…I’m talking roughly 40 hours of editing minimum for this video. That’s a full work-week in the corporate world. So yeah, constructive criticism is fine, but just bear in mind that TH-cam and audiences work in a very specific way, and if you don’t follow certain principles, you won’t be successful! I’ve tried myself, with 2 different channels, and it’s hard man! Putting in all your effort and then hoping someone clicks on your video. So yeah, thumbnails are supposed to be weird and crazy when you have a smaller subscriber base because that’s mostly how you build your channel
@sillybutton861 yea ik, it's really hard to make it on youtube, especially when your a small creator, people hate for no reason. I was not hating. Almost all of his thumbnails are 10/10 but this one just felt off lol, I just thought it was a bit too over the top. But now when I look at it again yea it's not that bad, I guess I was a little too harsh. I didn't mean to offend anyone
fair enough dude and much respect. Not many people that can objectively discuss topics like this without hate! You’re a legend dude, and I’m not exactly Mr know-it-all so I do respect your opinion on the topic
Thank you for the input, I'm still learning as I go and everything helps. In fact I would not of been able to edit as well without constructive criticism, so again I appreciate it and no offense is taken!

goated guide as usual, can you make a dual blades guide too? cause i think they're really fun but takes time to master
Already working on!
I totally agree with your description calling this weapon fun but not really meta

I see an HnC upload…I click
Haha thank you!

I’ll give it a like
Most fun weapon in the game.
EDIT: but it does indeed need a buff
@@Exist64 absolutely does! Lol
Cerb + demat + motion sensor. Show up at point blank outa nowhere.
Oh that's diabolical lol

YES THANK YOU MY GUN MY SWEET BABY
Just in time for them to change the weapon with the next patch
Hopefully it gets buffed, keeping my fingers crossed.

Might be higher fov? Idk
I'm pretty sure its the FOV (100) and the native resolution (mine is 2560X1440p).
Lets gooo
Hell yea! 🔥🔥🔥
Close enough welcome back destiny 2 rapid fire frame shotgun
I dare Embark to turn the Cerberus into the Lord Of Wolves. That should make everything fair and balanced. lol

Its literally the same just mix quick melees in between when on cqc
It is the same, but I definitely want to do a new routine to freshen things up in and out of the practice range!
Even tho i uninstalled im going to keep this guide in case i return.
Shut up nofunny cant believe you uninstalled because of some cloaked lights
@CaesarCJ15 Nah i uninstalled bc of the recent patch notes lol
Lol A lot of my buddies did the same.
@@HazedNConfused yeah if the mid season patch is good ill play Finals again but now im just tired of seeing the Store Updates over and over
embark add fsr 3.1.3
Yessir

Why not FSR4?
Embark please 🙏
@@user-ne9sd4ow1o Who the fuck are you talking to? He is not a dev.
In my opinion, this weapon needs buff to its fire damage (or duration). Range and damage are actually good but fire is a joke
7m range is a joke, highly dependant on your team or to use jumppad, zipline and demat
Reloade time should be shortened and shooting with only one or two bullets reloaded like the model should be availabe
Yea, I tried using it competitively. But that range really forced me to move in or not do any effective damage from beyond 7m. As much fun as I had using it casually, I felt 7 out of 10 times the play style made me more of a liability rather than an asset to my team.
@@HazedNConfused Well said. Completely agree! I find more success with spear than Cerberus. 😅 Which is shocking

I definitely appreciate and thank you for the support!

Pro tip: Dont trust anyone who uses red dot on shotguns 🤡
If you're hip firing most the time why does it matter? I feel like irons vs red dot is preference anyway.
