I think kriti sanon should choose scripts wisely, she is far better actress than just being an eye candy. Alia bhatt is a good example for all actresses, her film choices are really good, she did gully boy, raazi, gangubai, brahmastra, heart of stone and darlings in just last few years so she is definitely choosing good scripts while kriti is just jumping in every vfx heavy movies which don't have any cinematic brilliance.

Beside the ideological differences, being a critic, you should judge cinema on the basis of its technical aspects and this one was technically a well made film, I don’t see mission Majnu as worst either. Hai Vishal, there were many relatable things in the movie like
1.Everyone is so involved in so called "social media" that we are having problem with expressing ourselves for what we are (because of fear of getting judged) and how it has affected our relationships leading to loneliness ( depicted by imad ali character) its digital age we feel we are more connected but we never been this lonelier.
2 how everyone are becoming "attention sekers" that they will do anything for attention and their happiness depends on likes and not from themselves ( ahana singh was using or exposing her body to get attention of her boyfriend)
3.How people are so different from their Social media profile and in Real life
4. How social media has become addiction where we dont know the difference between "need" and "want"
5. This cinema has also subtly says how married couples after some years forget to keep the other partner happy and take them and their life for granted ( its showed in movie by neils mother and ahana singhs mother characters where one of them has not gone to dinner for long time and other thinks that her life is boring ) i can totally relate this as i see it in case of my parents ,uncles .
Other things that were realatable were ghosting, dating life which sucks these days,parents and children relationship, etc
