The stages involved in troubleshooting login issues with Cisco Jabber are as follows: 1. Service discovery to identify the CUCM server to which Jabber must log in. 2. IM and Presence Login UI Error resolution, including checking for applicable Field Notices and setting services logs to DEBUG. 3. Rebooting the cluster if the issue persists. 4. Troubleshooting XMPP Login (IM and Presence Login) errors, focusing on communication with the server. 5. Checking for common end-user-related issues, such as incorrect login credentials or inability to communicate with the server. 6. Ensuring correct login procedures via the device of choice and recovering passwords if needed. 7. Troubleshooting the Cannot communicate with server error specifically for MRA via Cisco Expressway, assuming successful login from inside the corporate LAN.
