Thank you for this video. I am a frequent muck diver and have dived well over 500 dives in these type of sites. However, I gained a great deal from this.
Thank you for producing this really excellent video. This should be a part of every SCUBA course, and the tips apply to other kinds of diving.. not just muck and sand. Great job!
Thanks for posting this! It's an excellent video contrasting good and bad behavior as well as showcasing how to get great shots without being a bad diver! I'm recommending we include this video as part of the curriculum for our UW Photography workshop that we hold annually with our dive club.
Excellent film!! We will put it on our website and FB page, too, as we have exactly the same problems over here at the Red Sea resort of Nuweiba!! Thanks for posting!!
***** Then they should re name to video on what NOT to do while Muck Diving, not giving tips, makes it sound like an instructional video on how to do it correctly.
This is a fantastic video and should be seen by more. Green Fins commends you guys on all your hard efforts making this video. WELL DONE. We particularly like the 'in their shoes' camera angles from the 03.11 onwards!
This could be a great asset. I know other people have spoke about doing this for years, great you've actually done one. Other than posting on here, what is happening with this video in Lembeh?
Thank you so much for the video! As a beginner underwater video operator, your advice will be very useful to me! In January 2021 I was in the Maldives, it was a safari tour. The underwater beauty just amazed me! Probably, it was not possible to convey this in my first video... Therefore, I will gain experience, I will learn!
Thanks for this. Come talk to our politcians here in Negros Oriental. We have rampant illegal fishing (fine-meshed nets for commercial boats fishing just 200-300 meters from shore). Talk to our BFAR director, who said he will stop all kinds of illegal fishing. Perhaps what gets destroyed here in the Philippines would not kill your environment as well.
I see in the credits that the producer is Steve Fish. In the early 90s I did my checkout dives at the Posada del Sol resort in Honduras and the instructor was Steve Fish! I loved that my C card said "trained by Steven D. Fish". Is this the same guy?? How many Steve Fishes could there be in the diving world??? :-) BTW, the video is very good. Thanks!
hi, this is a good film. I would like to put on chinese title and post to china site for those cannot access youtube in China as well as those not familiar with English. Although my translation is not good but some tips and techniques mentioned. Can I have your consent to do that? Thanks
loved this video, though I cringed with the shown 'abuse', glad as I am a new diver that I already was warned by my local shop not to touch or disrupt.
Not only should this video be shown pre-muck diving, with a few tweaks and reduced focus on photo/videography, it should be shown throughout all diver education courses. Well doen.
Great video, although you did everything you told us not to do...for instructional purposes of course...can't wait to see your production of "Tips on how to treat your spouse" or "anger management tips". OK, I am joking, but great video and i wish everyone would follow your tips.

Fantastic! Well done keeping it clear, illustrated and positive!

Many salient points made here. I'd love to show this to guests on our liveaboards...we'll be coming back to Manado in 2012
Awesome tips and reminders about the environment. These concepts should be practiced everywhere,.

Everything they tell you not to do, they did it.
***** Exactly

they were showing examples of what not to do, and when they did the things they said not to do they were gentle.

very good video and I hope no casuality when making this video out. Thank you for sharing and awaiting for next post.

New bucket list item: go scuba diving in the lembeh strait
how come you did it you should just tell us ahyayay
Yes it's for example and they are saying not to do it but it still pains me a lot to see them doing all the things you should not do.
Great video!
loved this video, though I cringed with the shown 'abuse', glad as I am a new diver that I already was warned by my local shop not to touch or disrupt.

Good work.

thx
superbe et judicieux
No reef or animals were damaged or hurt during the making of this video. LMFAO!
"Pocking or prodding is not allowed under any circumstances".....unless you make a video to show people not to😂

All these problems could be solved by banning Mainland Chinese and Korean divers.
That's what a taiwanese full of jealousy said
Prod,poke terrible video.
nice video... thanks for sharing
