    They defined it capacitor with R because at RF frequency capacitor behaves as a resistor and inductor as a capacitor. The impedance of the inductor increases while the impedance of the parasitic capacitor decreases, so at RF frequency the impedance of the capacitor is much lower than the impedance of the inductor, which means that your inductor behaves like a capacitor.

    Love your explanation. Can you tell me what the numbers at the beginning of each line is for or sometimes at the end of a circuit path? E.g 28 30 16.

    hey Justin! is it possible to get thorough samsung schematics like the apple ones? I have a few samsung tabs to work on but the service manuals doesn't give you a full schematic, cheers!

    • @TheArtofRepair
      @TheArtofRepair  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Samsung schematics are hit or miss, not everyone seems to exist, but with that, there are also many more models for samsung that would need to be leaked out.

    hey justin, for a person that wants to learn how to read cell phone schematics , what would you recomend. any tutorials ?? thanks for the great videos you do

    • @TheArtofRepair
      @TheArtofRepair  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cellphone schematics are no different than non cellphone schematics. Try Khan Academy for their free EE courses, also MIT has free courses as well. Outside of that, sparkfun? i think also has some good stuff.

    Would really like a great video on how to read a schematic. I see complex schematics with portions broken off to the side. But then I do not see those broken off parts anywhere else in the schematic. All the videos I see on TH-cam are so simple. Thanks.

      Baseline is from my father who is an an engineer by trade and from my mother who was an IT admin. Kinda just grew up in the know and around the know. =)

    Very well scripted and explained!

    • @TheArtofRepair
      @TheArtofRepair  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! I actually stopped scripting awhile ago, the first 10 videos were scripted I believe, and then after that I kinda just started going with the flow. I felt like I was to ridged in the scripted videos. Tell me what you think? Id love to know more about your opinion on my channel so I can make it better! =)
