It was english being pursued by the government to be learned from primary to college.. though Spanish has a lots of parts in our language ... Our language is already mixed with different foreign language thats why some tagalog words are rarely spoken but instead we used to used some spanish and english words its difficult for us to speak fluently in tagalog cuz we are not used to used that anymore like numbers we are used to used spanish and english wirds but not tagalog...

It's all in the past. What matters to me, personally, is the fact that I would not have been introduced to Jesus Christ had Spain not conquered us. So in a way, I am still thankful it happened. It might not have been in the most ideal circumstances, but I guess it probably was God's way of reaching out to us.
Spain did many good things for the Philippines. Religion, culture, united administration, and many more. Of couree, everything has a bad side like oppression, bad habits like coming in late and being lazy, and many more. But we shluld not that the Philippines wouldnt be what it is if not for Spain.
