Not the best voice but who cares? It takes some serious guts to get up there with a professional singer and give it everything you've got on a song like that. Love and respect to the girl!!!
It sounded to me like she actually can sing but was incredibly nervous! I've gotten that way before when singing a song on karaoke that's challenging and my first time doing it live. The nerves make a huge difference. It's like on my way to the bar I'm singing in my car with a ton of confidence and it sounds pretty good, but when I got on the stage the nerves hit and it was like my skills were cut in half.
