Beautiful shots of Yosemite! I hiked Half Dome the summer of 1969, when I was 19 yrs. old. It was a thrill! I am turning 71 in a few wks. and still hiking, running, skiing, biking and golfing!

I did Half Dome twice. The first time I was 17 years old.. that was 1980. My friends and I spent the night up there so we could see a meteor shower. I felt like I was on the moon! Thank you for sharing your adventures with us.

I wanted to thank you so much for your suggestion of food from daily harvest. My daughter had to temporarily move to AZ for an accelerated masters program during the summers. Needless to say she has no time but wanted to eat healthy so I sent her the info from your link so she has gotten her first order and loves it has her second one coming soon.
She said she likes it so much she will continue it when she gets back home for her lunch. Again thank you so much this has been a lifesaver!!

I did half some in high school and it was definitely exhausting but probably still one of the things that I’ve done that I’m most proud of lol! The hike back was harder than the hike up cause I think my body was already tired and my knees on the descend were achy but still worth it! 10/10 would do it again at some point ☺️

Hope you have time to enjoy nature without blogging or your camera! Unplugging is so much better for mental health…I can’t imagine the pressure to always blog or take video/photos while camping. Props to you for getting footage while being in serene nature!
