A receipe would bei nice, because for a european person its hard to get what ingredients you are using. Especially the green stuff in the end, you mixed with a spoon. What is that? I love dishes from other countries but I am totally unexperienced with the african-cooking-continent.😅 OK, besides some arabic ones from Marokko maybe...
In Africa we don’t have a list we do every thing by watching the older ladies cook and that’s how we learn,,,, get the meat you want to cook with if the skin is tough put it in the pot first to boil with a half an onion, after 20mins after the rest of the meat like chicken and beef cubes if using any seafood like fish or shrimp put it in the last 20mins of cooking…. Blend the other half of onion , 3 habanero peppers, 2 big tomatoes or one small container of grape tomatoes, 2 bell peppers blend and add it in when you add the chicken and other meat that don’t take too long to cook, add 2 Maggie cubes I say a tablespoon in a half of the seasoning she is using taste as you go…. Fufu add a little to bowl add water mix once you get that like cake flow put In microwave cover for 5mins take out beat good if still white powdered sprinkle a little water and back in for 2 more mins
@@christinadawerson8498 that sounded like a receipe for me. I also cook like out of my head or by feeling when I cook german dishes or others that I know or know to do my own style to them but if I dont know what the ingredients are and what they are called in my language then it gets tricky.😅
