Dear Bhante,
i have a confusing between observing the Breath and Observing the Inhaling and exhaling? So In Anapana actually we are observing The air flow coming in and out or we are observing the action of inhaling and exhaling? Please help me teacher 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽, i have not found my own answer yet for almost 2 years already.
