i mean, if you want to make a audio sound muffled, you can plug into a DAW and use a EQ plugin to do the things i've told you, basically just cut the high frequencies around 8Khz and boost a couple of dbs on the low frequencies and it should already sound very muffled.@@Xoxoyeonie
