Getting Started With Javascript | Learn Javascript For Beginners
In this video series we are going to learn modern javascript from scratch. This video is recommended for anyone wanting to learn javascript the modern way with ES2015. No previous programming knowledge is required, so this video series will help you learn javascript as your first programming language.
We will also look at VSCode as our main text editor with some simple extensions that are going to help us write better/easier code.
Getting started connecting our Javascript with our HTML page and writing our first javascript code.

How do you open the vs code file on the chrome tab for Mac. I use to be able to do it with cmd + B keys but after the extensions dl it doesnt work. Or maybe it just worked for html files not js.

To anybody watching this video now, VS code has builtin "reformat on save" functionality that can be enabled in Settings. I followed the instructions in this video, and it wasn't working, so I uninstalled Prettier and it did start to reformat on save making me think that Prettier is no longer necessary and you only need to enable it in settings.

I was having issues with prettier not formatting on save even though it was enabled. I had to change the "default formatter" to esbenp.prettier-vscode.

Please let me know to connect Visual studio code on Windows 10 to google chrome. When I try to run javascript code on VSD, it does not return the result on google chrome IDE,
like you are able to do it,
Also, VS code is connected to Microsoft Edge, how should I change it to google chrome.
I run the Javascript on VS code and see the result underneath in the VS code IDE. I want it to appear on google chrome IDE.

It seems like I can't really bring up my thoughts regarding stuff like animation. Even after seeing multiple videos of his and coding them parallely I've no idea what to use and when. It really is scary to imagine that I'm going nowhere with Javascript

i watched an another tutorial where a guy takes 4 minutes straight for making a folder ! which is really frustruationg FOR ME ! when i saw Dev Ed's one he is just doing this understandable and easy
