I agree with your conclusion, except for the trams. The infrastructure would be too expensive to put in and maintain. I think it would be better with trains, busses and highways. With the implementation of a train service, it would help to alleviate the heavy rush hour traffic. Plus it would be excellent for commuters to have an additional choice. Especially in times when there are unforeseen circumstances like the closing of the Bog Walk Gorge. As usual, loved the video, keep up the great work.

Not a fan of passenger trains, there is no country where it is profitable. Trains are only profitable to move goods. The posible trade off to alleviate traffic are above road highways with/without tolls, tunnels and high capacity lanes for buses.

Roads are also never profitable, so that argument is invalid.

@@nanderv The tolls collected on the highway in Jamaica is so profitable that the Chinese can maintain it and take 70 percent of the revenues to China also, police revenue increase due to increased fines, movement of goods cut down wait time, passenger commuting is more pleasant, faster, time saving, good roads means less vehicle repairs, and if you noticed, the most luxurious or well to do area in any part of the country has good roads. But since you cannot see any profit in those things, cannot help you.

True but it’s a benefit for the people. Avoid traffic. More methods of transport. And get to throughout the entire country with one payment
