Tried the it! work out great. i tried it on silicon but was to sticky when i took them off so i purchased from amazon a teflon baking mat with macaron circles, it raised and baked all round perfectly! really surprise with the results thank you for the video, really helped.

I’ve never tried the Swiss meringue method but I feel that I would like to try it after watching your video. I’ve only ever done French meringue and I get bad hollows.
Look in her old videos, she have two ways; with stand mixer and with hand mixer. Hope it helps.

In some of your other videos creating characters, decorations, animals etc. You have to pipe lots of tiny details on the macarons, ears, lips, hearts etc. Do you mix the macaronge longer to get that thinner consistency to pipe such Intricate, beautiful, details onto the macarons? For me, the challange has been piping the details, after I created the base of the macaron. Please any advice orntips you care to share I would love to hear them. You are an incredible artist with your baking.

Her baking mats are called 'teflon sheets'. Not sure what the second question is. Yes, teflon sheets should be washed, just as silicone mats are washed. I soak mine in warm water followed by wiping clean with a sponge and rinsing. If the question is are they reusable, then yes, they are.
So I have a couple questions. I noticed it's a little brown container is it an ice bucket? And to what containers are you using to store your macaroons? Because I have been looking all over the place for containers like that and I can't find them.

What would happen if onw of the yolks burst or gets punctured. Do you throw how all those egg whites?
Do these lose their correct texture when stored in airtight containers? I notice when I do that with my cookies they lose their crispy edges etc.

These look amazing, I do have a question or idea. Why don’t you speak to a Kitchen fabricator to make you bespoke oven racks so you can fit in twice as many shelves. At the minute you have big gaps between the shelves for Macarons that only rise slightly. They could be swapped over with the original if you use the oven for other bakes. Just a tought as this would double the throughput of the oven decreasing the time by almost half that you need the oven on for this saving money. You would get the cost of them being fabricated really quickly. Just an idea
In my country, there are some cake and cookies recipes that use lots of yolks.
In Korea, is there also any recipe, cake/cookies, that use lots of yolks? I am curious what you will do with thr yolks leftover.
I think, in our case, we have white egg leftover more than yolks 😅😅😅😅, yet our country humidity attacks macaron making process all the time😂😂. So hard making it perfectly.

Amazing! Do yo begin baking with oven door open?
It looks like she pre-heats the oven, then turns it off, puts the baking sheets in, leaves the door open slightly then turns the oven back on. When it reaches baking temp again, she closes the door to fully bake, then turns off the oven and opens the oven door again for a couple of minutes. Then she removes the cookies from the oven. At least, that's what it looks like to me. I'm going to try it and see.
there's a lot of comments about her discarding the egg yolks she put them into containers so she could save them to make other desserts like donuts or cream puffs they're not going to waste so don't worry
