I too found out soon that it doesn't take power so much as it does good traction to move snow. Ya you can take a run at it and let momentum move the snow, but that won't get you thru the deep stuff unless you really slam it.
That dk2 is a PERSONAL plow not a commercial plow. I bought the Everest and it STILL couldn’t hold up to light residential plowing. They’re junk. I wouldn’t pay you for this either if I were your neighbor. All you did was make it harder for them to shovel or to stack snow later.
First job was $30 to keep him opened up through out the whole storm. The others were between $10-$20. Wear n tear on a truck is wear and tear on a truck, as to a plow. It wasn’t enough for a buzz let alone keeping gas in my tank. I wasn’t doing it for the money.
@@SmudgyContent you choose to plow nobody is forcing you. And when you do a crappy job like this all you’re doing is making a base of about 3in of solid ice on the entire driveway. Buy a real plow or stick to doing just your own driveway.
😅that’s what it says. Not for commercial use. Let alone not to be driving down the road with it. It’s all experimental. The Canadians did great job on this plow believe it or not. Other than the paint likes to come off within a year.

That plow has no business in the U.P. Sir....with love from ironwood (good vid though)
Hey !!! it was made in Canada! 😂🤣

Are you plowing in a 2wd?
For some of it. Saves on the ujoints going out in the front.
