Nice video, but not sure what value you're getting here. Unless you were uncertain as to the efficacy of that particular piece of cable you should have waited to test it after you had completed the termination end. Because if someone nicks the insulation or somehow degrades it to short to the grounding foil or shield layer, than you won't know that until you turn the thing on and it melts or shorts out. You could test the thing was still on the reel before cutting, but the acceptance test should always be done after it is installed in location, and after all terminating work has been completed to the speciment.
