That's Yukhoe, it is meant to be eaten raw, like steak tartare but different flavors (:
Edit: lol, didn't see they also added the yukhoe to a plate of bibimbap, which is the one with rice that they mixed all up, is a different dish but the seasoning for the yukhoe is the same.

Food is the best thing to do with me
Now, I really wNt to come to Korea and try all these a,aging foods and different preparations of them! Ions delicious! Especially the. Korean beef. I am coming to the understanding it is better than Japanese beef! Eat it as a steak, on a bbq, as a tartare, as a burger! And a pork burger wow. Ii really want a few of these! We love Korean BBQ, we get here in Atlanta. But we really need too go there andd cook over the charcoal, and brassiere ! Oh man, this would be my dream food trip! Also, watching Tzuyang mukbang, I know Korea is beautiful. The nature, the people. Are wonderful and kind! I. Would surely enjoy spending time there! Maybe meet Tsuyang? I would learn the etiquette, a few words, and meet new friends! One day, even though I am older now, I will do my best to get there!
