I have done more than 82k in my Hexa XM. It's ride quality is excellent. I have taken it from my current City Kota Rajasthan to Dhanushkoti, Tamilnadu. In a single day I have driven 950 Km from Indore to Belgavi. No fatigue. Excellent vehicle

Spares are high in cost and may be little difficult to get
I am also hexa xta model owner from last 4 years no problem till date. Most haxa owner are satisfied. Very sad people don't understand this suv and company discontinued haxa. Feel Proud to own a tata product I have no regrets very satisfied. 🙏🇮🇳🙏

I have an August 2017 Tata Hexa XE. It has done about 26400 kilometres during the last five years ( till 03/11/2022). All the driving was in city/highway. Last week I noticed a crack in the silencer and took the car to Tata Service Centre in Bhopal. Detailed inspection revealed four large cracks in the two portions/parts of
the Tail Pipe Assembly Post Silencer and one large crack in the Assembly Main Silencer. I also learnt that this was a common problem in Tata Hexa due to which design of silencer has been changed and now comes with a single exhaust. I am surprised as to why Tata Motors hasn't recalled models with faulty parts for inspection/ replacement. I was plain lucky to have discovered the cracks by chance & replaced before complete breakdown somewhere enroute. It cost me Rs 19742/- including parts & labour. If you own a Tata Hexa please get the entire Silencer assembly checked for cracks as a precautionary measure.

Tyre brust issue happen with my friend with this model. Service center not solved this problem. But one Mechanic advice him that as recommend Tyre pressure from company. Keep it 10 times more. He did it and problem solve. No issue yet.

@@sajadulhussain3215 Get the wheel balancing and tyre checked exceeding pressure too much on highways will be a cause of tyre burst get the rims balancing and wheel alignment checked in that car

Adding to the problems faced in my 2017 Tata Hexa XE posted earlier I had an enroute breakdown while driving from Katni to Bhopal (distance 430km) on 25 June 2023. After driving for about 40 km my ABS light came on followed by another light. As it was 40⁰C plus temperature and my parents both aged 85 years were with me I decided to continue. However soon display went blank, ac & blower stopped working, all electricals i.e. lights, indicators, horn, wipers, windows operation everything stopped working. It became unbearably hot inside & I had no choice but to turn back. As soon as as I turned back engine stopped & failed to start. I had to arrange taxy for my parents to return to Katni and they had to wait in the scorching heat for nearly two hours by the roadside at 85+ years of age. I contacted Tata Motors roadside assistance which reached after nearly 3.5 hours from Jabalpur. Fortunately the vehicle took a jump start & I could drive 50 km to Jabalpur without electricals, horn, indicator etc. After dropping the vehicle & spending the entire day in 40⁰ C plus I (aged 58 years) had to arrange another taxy to return to Katni. The vehicle was in Jabalpur Tata Service Centre for three days during which the electrical system was checked and battery was charged. Apparently a 150 amp(?) fuse had melted causing a series of problems. I was charged about 3400/- for the repairs. After the repairs I had to take another taxy from Katni to Jabalpur, collected my vehicle & drove 350km to Bhopal but all shaken up. The entire episode cost me close to Rs 20000/- including change of travel plans. This Tata Hexa has done only about 34000km in appx four years of running. I am really scared to take this vehicle for any outstation trip, the very reason for which I had bought this SUV.

Mene suna hai..tata hexa me ...hand break ..and compressor issues aate hai...baki gaadi to badhiya hai ...(mene experience ki hai....look and comfort ..) Ye to toyota fortuner ko ta takkar degi ..look n comfort
I own XT 4×4 2018 June model clocked around 62,000 KMs. Hand brake doesn't work properly and the rear two doors are designed very badly. Water, slush and mud enters inside during rains.
