I think neeko wiil be from bandle city, i imagine that beacuse it make a loot of sense that neeko is in a colorfull region like bandke city, ande because bandke city have so many transform cards I think king poro will be runeterra for the many poro cards that we have and will be hard o sad only have the freljord and another region poros
she is not a yordle. Bandle is yorlde only or fae but Neeko is neither. She is a vastayan and since they are not creating a new region for Ixtal she has to be shuriman or they can also make her Ionian. The worst option would be to make her runeterran but yeah. There is no way she can be bandle
