Johnny needs to take a yr and move to Heavyweight so he is not cutting weight (knockouts).No more weight cut and he would be more dynamic against less skilled fighters. And he is HUGE.

When your brain experiences a TMI (traumatic brain injury), it shuts down earlier than the last time to try and avoid more permanent damage. They don't entirely understand the mechanism of how this occurs, only that it does. If you have one bad KO and take time out, you can start to offset this. If you have many in a relatively short period of time, the chances of you being KO'D again is 10x that of a healthy individual.

The onus is now in the fighters themselves to stamp it out, as the game's moved now to be a real sport, evolved. The KO can still live on. And I don't buy it that those punches to the prone unconscious guy's head are 'heat of the moment,' can't be controlled. They are in sparring, they are in boxing, and they have been in fighters, many of them (in bouts).
It's a mixture of bad defense, poor punch resistance and slow recovery time. There's no way he can turn these faults into positives at this point in his career? Retirement is the best option sadly.
