The numbering of these videos can be confusing. As far as watching on TH-cam, the important thing to know it that this user has 8 modules with 22 episodes in each module. When it comes to how this user labeled the videos, everything starts with 1. So just ignore the first number. Pay attention to the next two numbers. The second number is module (from 1 to 8) and the third number is episode number (from 1 to 22). So start watching with Module 1, Episode 1 which this user labels 1 1 1. Watch from 1 1 1 to 1 1 22. Then go to Module 2, Episode 1 (1 2 1) and watch all of Module 2. The last video on here is Module 8, Episode (labeled 1 8 22). If all you want to do is to watch these videos on TH-cam, that's everything you need to know. If you want to understand the course numbers that come up at the beginning of each video, then read on... The numbers at the beginning of the video themselves are understandable if you know that this was designed to accompany a three year college level Spanish course. There's three modules per year. (The final module is not on TH-cam.) Up at the top next to Hola, ¿Qué Tal? is a number. It's number "1" for the first year. It's number "2" for the second year and "3" for the third year. Within each year, the modules are 1, 2 and 3. So you have Year 1 with Modules 1, 2, 3. Year 2 with Modules 1, 2, 3. And Year 3 with Modules 1, 2, 3. (The Spanish word for Module is Módulo.) Modules are subdivided into "Unidad" (Units 1 - 9) and "Repaso " (Review 1 and 2). Units (Unidad) have new material. It consists of 9 units of 2 videos each for a total of 18 videos (programas) of new material. (Unit 1 has videos 1 and 2, Unit 2 has videos 1 and 2, etc.) So if you're watching the first year course, the second module, the seventh video, at the start of the video it will say: Hola, ¿Qué Tal? 1, Módulo 2, Unidad 4, Programa 1. These are followed by the Review (Repaso) section of four review videos. Like the Units, each Review has two videos. So Review 1 (Repaso 1) has two videos (programas) and Review 2 (Repaso 2) has two videos (programas). So if you're watching the third year course, the first module, the twenty-second video, at the start of the video it will say: Hola, ¿Qué Tal? 3, Módulo 1, Repaso 2, Programa 2. If you're looking for the material for this course (DVDs, books or workbooks), you'll need to understand the course numbering system in order to figure out what to order. Otherwise, just feel free to ignore the official numbering and go with how the user labeled them Module 1 - 8, videos 1 - 22.
Hi Margaret, thank you for the explanation. Could you tell me in terms of B1, B2, B3, or basic, medium, advance level, from which modul to which corresponds to those basic, medium or advance?
@@momcrash I had to re-read my own explanation. I'm past watching these on TH-cam. Nowadays I do my practice watching Spanish TV and not understanding most of it. In terms of the way it's numbered on TH-cam, the basic videos are from 1 1 1 to 1 1 22, and 1 2 1 to 1 2 22, and 1 3 1 to 1 3 22. (These are the videos for the first year Spanish course.) The medium videos are 1 4 1 to 1 4 22, and 1 5 1 to 1 5 22 and 1 6 1 to 1 6 22. (These are the videos for the second year Spanish course.) The advanced videos are 1 7 1 to 1 7 22, and 1 8 1 to 1 8 22. (These are the videos for the third year Spanish course.)
